It builds the Apps Script that creates a Google Form, without ever talking to Google. You write the poll here, copy the script out, and run it inside your own Workspace — so a survey about your staff is built by your organisation rather than by a third party you had to trust with the question list.
.pumaform spec exported by PumaSkills arrives as a new poll with its competency ids intact.script.google.com yourself.See the Keyboard tab for every shortcut.
PumaForm stores everything in your browser's localStorage under the pumaform.* prefix — on this device, in this browser, and nowhere else. There is no server and no account.
localStorage is tied to this specific browser on this specific device.
If storage is unavailable — a sandboxed file:// open, private mode, cookies off — the app keeps working from memory for the session and the storage ring in the topbar turns red. Export is the only way out in that state, and the app will warn you before the tab closes.
Export in the topbar writes pumaform-backup.json: every poll and every preference, enough to rebuild the app in a fresh browser profile. Import takes it back, and also takes a single .pumaform spec — it tells the two apart by what is inside the file, not by the name.
A single poll goes out on its own from the tab's right-click menu → Save spec…, as a .pumaform file another app can read. Dragging either kind of file onto the window is the same as importing it.
⚠ Permanent. This erases every PumaForm poll and preference stored in this browser. Export a backup first — there is no undo.
Still sure? Type DELETE EVERYTHING to finalize.
The tab strip is one stop in the tab order, not one per poll. Reach it with Tab, then move inside it with the arrows.
This is a Google Forms orchestration engine for PumaWorx. Several apps can generate surveys that this app transforms into Apps Script. The results can then be piped back to the originating app.
PumaWorx is a suite of offline, single-HTML productivity apps that run entirely in your local browser. The entire suite is a personal, open source vibecoding project.
